CEREMONY
Just a short walk down to the castle gates take you to the serenely beautiful church of St Palladius. Steeped in history, this fairy tale church is nestled in the picturesque glen of Drumtochty. You and your guests will be wowed by the rich heritage and stunning architecture.
St Palladius church is complete with elegant stained-glass windows and oak pews, which can seat up to 120 guests. Overall creating the most wonderful atmosphere and truly magical setting in which to celebrate.

CEREMONY
The castle itself offers a range of beautiful settings for your ceremony. The Gold room or Ballroom make for a stunning backdrop to exchange your vows. Or, if you want to make use of the impressive castle grounds, the marriage can be held outside, either in the castle gardens or by the lake. When it comes to ceremony location, at Drumtochty Castle you are spoilt for choice!

DRINKS RECEPTION
After the ceremony guests can enjoy champagne in the regal reception rooms, or outside on the manicured lawns, before entering the magnificent ballroom for dinner.
Drumtochty Castle boasts two large, interconnecting reception rooms. The Gold room, which is decorated in soft gold and ivory tones, antique furniture and white baby grand piano. Following on is the Blue room. This stunning room is adorned with royal blue walls and furnishings, topped off with crystal chandeliers.

Let us treat you and your guests like royalty. Our staff will ensure the fizz keeps flowing while guests enjoy the perfect platters of canapes being served. EVENING RECEPTION
The Ballroom is the heart of Drumtochty Castle. This grand hall makes for a magnificent setting. With striking ornate ceiling, imposing fireplace and dramatic Neo-Gothic, floor to ceiling windows, perfectly framing views over the estate.
All creating the perfect setting for you to dine under the soft light from the candelabras and chandeliers with your closet family and friends.

EVENING RECEPTION
Dining tables will sparkle with the finest crystal glassware, crisp white linens and gold cutlery, all laid out for you to enjoy a sumptuous banquet, fine wines and the best service. This space can comfortably cater for up to 120 guests. Smaller, more intimate weddings can be held in the elegant dining room.
