ESTATE TO PLATE
At Drumtochty Castle we are lucky to have a large estate where we farm our own venison and shoot various wild game in season which we showcase on our wedding menu. Our estate to plate approach also aligns with our belief of using all local suppliers where possible. Our produce is then prepared on site, by our resident chefs, in our custom built kitchen facility.
WEDDING CATERING
We offer a variety of three or four course menus, with prices starting at £63 per person.
Along with a delicious wedding meal, our chefs will create a selection of mouth watering canapes and satisfying hot fork evening buffet. You and your wedding guests will be catered for throughout the day with a menu you won’t forget!
MENU TASTING
Before selecting your menu choices from our extensive and varied menu, we offer couples the opportunity to come and taste the food for yourself, with a personal one on one tasting with our chefs.
